AutoContracts.Homes started because I got tired of the paperwork getting in the way of the deal. Every wholesale deal needs two contracts done right and done fast — one to lock up the property, one to assign it — and doing that by hand, deal after deal, eats hours you don’t have when a seller wants an answer today.

I built AutoContracts.Homes to solve that for myself first: generate both contracts from one set of deal details, export them ready to sign, and stop losing deals to slow paperwork.
